Flexibilisation area

With the offers of the flexibilisation area, from the second semester onwards, the study programme can be individually accentuated, individual questions can be pursued and personal career orientation can be actively integrated into the study programme.

The following options are available:

  • BW Flex Interdisciplinary 1 and/or 2: Selected courses from the other three specialisations,
  • BW Flex Internship, 8 or 4 weeks: Internships in connection with the chosen specialisation,
  • BW Flex Project Work, 8 weeks: Project work related to the chosen specialisation,
  • BW Flex Study Abroad: Study abroad in connection with the chosen specialisation.

A total of 12 credit points must be acquired in the flexibilisation area. It is possible to combine the available electives up to 12 LP (e.g. BW Flex Internship 4 weeks (6 LP) plus BW Flex Interdisciplinary 1 (6 LP) or two internships of 4 weeks each (6 LP each)).
